Warranty: APCpickups have been designed to the highest standards possible and is warranted for a period of one year from the original purchase date against any defective materials or workmanship. This warranty is not applicable if the pickup has been damaged by accident, improper installation, or attempted repairs outside the factory. APCpickups will repair or replace a pickup with a model of equivalent value (at our option) if any warranty defects occur. APCpickups will issue a refund for shipping the defective product. Our privacy policy is quite simple and straight forward. We will never share your personal information with any third party.
All orders will are shipped via USPS within one business day of of the order being placed on our web site if the product(s) are in stock.
Any back orders will ship via USPS within 7 days of the order being placed.
If their are any circumstances where we cannot ship within 7 days APCpickups will contact the customer of the status of the order.
A full refund wil be given within 30 days of your order providing we receive the product(s) undamaged and in their original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
Please contact APCpickups before any product is returned to explain the reason for the return.
